Bacalhau

Portekiz mutfağı, pirinç, patates, ekmek, et, deniz ürünleri ve balık kullanılan çeşitli tariflerle zengin bir mutfaktır. Portekizlilerin özellikle Morina balığından yapılmış yemekleri çok sevdikleri ve Portekiz’de bacalhau denen bu yemeklerin yılın her günü için farklı olmak üzere 365 değişik şekilde pişirildiği söylenir.

 Portuguese cuisine is rich interms of rice, potatoes, bread, meat, seafood and fish and various recipes  that are used in the kitchen. Portuguese people love especially foods that are made by Morina fish.It is called " Bacalhau" in Portugal. The most interesting thing is that there are 365 ways to cook bacalhau:)

Portekiz'deki marketlerde kurutulmuş olarak satılır 1000 e yakın yemekte kullanılan bir balık türüdür.Herhangi bir yemekte kullanılmadan önce iki gün suda bekletilir.Pişirilmesi oldukça zordur. Ayrica, satıldığı yerlerde kokusundan yanına yaklaşılmaz.Tadına gelince biz pek sevmedik :)

Bacalhau is sought in the market as exsiccation and it is used in nearly 1000 foods. Bacalhau steep in the water during two days before using in any food. so cooking this fish is not simple. Also, the smell of this fish not so good. If you ask to us "do you like" ? The answer is unfortunately No;)

Nazare

Nazaré belediyesi, Portekiz'in Centro bölgesine bağlı Oeste altbölgesinin belediyelerinden biridir.Atlas okyanusu kıyılarında  Lizbon ve Porto'nun kuzeyinde yer alan balıkçılar cennetidir.Nazare'nin neredeyse bütün halkı geçimini balıkçılıktan sağlarlar.Balıkçılar geleneksel kıyafetlerini giyerler.Bu yüzden turistlerin oldukça ilgilsini çeker.Nazare gerçekten Portekizde mutlaka görülmesi gereken güzel bir sahil kasabasıdır..

Nazaré has become a popular tourist attraction, advertising itself, internationally, as a picturesque seaside village. Located on the Atlantic coast, it has long sandy beaches (considered by some to be among the best beaches in Portugal), with lots of tourists in the summer. The town used to be known for its traditional costumes worn by the fishermen and their wives who wore a traditional headscarf and embroidered aprons over seven flannel skirts in different colours. These dresses can still occasionally be seen.

Traditional Nazare Women They have signboards to rent a home and pansions for tourists. One thing attract our attention that women of Nazare carry their husbands' picture on their necklace.

Nazare'de hediyelik eşya satan birçok mağaza var fakat bu mağaza biraz daha özel çünkü burada daha çok ve daha değişik eşyalar satılıyor. Turistler buraya geldiklerinde spesyal hediyelik eşyaları kolayca seçebililer.

In Nazare, there are lots of shops but this is a especial shop because there are many kinds and different things that can be a gifts. When tourists come here, they can choose special presents easily

Nazare caddelerinde birçok sokak satıcısı var ama fiyatları bize biraz pahalı geldi.

In Nazare streets, there are many tallymans but according to us, the price is expensive.

Sizinde gördüğünüz gibi, burada birçok çadır var ve insanlardan güneşten korunmak i.in bu çadırlarda kalabiliyorlar.

As you see, there are tents and people can stay in the tents to avoid the sun.

Sao Miguel Festivali

.Sao Miguel Festivalindeyiz.Hazırlıklar bitmiş. Festival öğleden sonra 13.30 civarı  insanların toplanması ile başlıyor,yaklaşık 4 gün sürüyor.

We are in ' Festival of Sao Miguel'. The preparations are finished and the festival begins 13.30. Also, it continues 4 days.

Bu bayrak her sene belirlenen 3 kişilik komisyon tarafından taşınıyor ve korunuyormuş.

The flag of chuch is carried and protected by the commision that is consisted of 3 people and the commision is changed in every year. 

Sao Miguel.. Kendisi Portekizliler için önemli bir ''aziz''..Tanrının meleği olduğuna inanıyorlar.

Sao Miguel is an important Saint for Portugese people.... They believe that he is an angel of God.

                                    Sao Miguel büstü dini şarkılar eşliğinde büstü kilisenin etrafında dolaştırılıyor.

At the beginning of the door of chuch, they pray and then they bring it to the church again.

Festival böylece başlamış oluyor.Sonra şehrin gençlerinden oluşan orkestra eşliğinde şarkılar söyleniyor.

Festival begins.. There is a band which composed young people from Porto De Mos and they sign songs.

Festival kapsamında bir çok stant açılmış.Bu stant ta içine numaralar yazılmış küçük kağıtlardan alıyorsun tanesi 10 cent..Şanslı olanlara gerçekten güzel şeyler çıkabiliyor.

There are many stands in the festival. One of  them is about papers, numbers and also gifts. We enjoyed a lot with this game. You choose some papers which includes numbers in inside. The 'official' looks at the paper and she gives you a gift but if you choose paper which include no number, you dont get any gifts so this game is based on the luck:) If you are lucky you can get many present in the festival...

Büyükannenin kahvesi  ve şekerli hamur kızartması festivallerin geleneksel yiyecek ve içeceği..Hamur kızartmasına filhoş deniyor.İçecek  tamamen kahve tadında olmamasına rağmen aslında buğdaydan yapılan bir içecek ismide cafe da avo..Biz beğendik çünkü bize yakın bir tattı..

There are important traditional food and drink. Their names are Filhos and Cafe da Avo.. The caffee is not really taste of the caffe because it is made from the wheat and also it is called 'caffe of grandmother'. The pasta is made with the sugar. Although it is very sweety, we love taste of it.

                                           Festival süresince müzik grupları sahne alıyor ve şarkılarıyla dinleyenleri eğlendiriyorlar. Biz dinlemekten çok keyif aldık.

During the festival, there are some bands. People have fun thanks to their songs. When we listen them we are really enjoy...

Yiyecekler yendikten kahveler içildikten sonra sıra tabiki eğlenceye geliyor.Müzik çalmaya başladığı anda herkes pistte dans etmeye başlıyor.Dansları kız kıza da yapılabiliyor.

After eating and drinking part, the next is of course dancing... When the music starts, every people go to the stage and start to dance. There is one thing that attract our attention. Girls can dance with the other girl:)

Buda çivi çakma gibi bir oyun.2 kişi sırayla aynı aynı boyuttaki çiviye vuruyor,kim önce çakarsa oyunu o kazanıyor.

 This is the game of 'nail'. Two person have two nails and they start to push it in to the wood. The aim is to plug the nail fastly. Person should finish before other person.. If you trust your muscles , you should play this game:)

Festivalin 1.günü bitti.Geceden, kazandığımız yeni portekizli ve ukraynalı arkadaşlarımızla ayrıldık.

The first day of festival is finished. We leave from there with our Portugese and Ukrainian friends.
